GrooveTech soundhole truss rod wrench for acoustic guitars. Acoustic guitar truss rods need adjustment just like electrics, but manufacturers sure don't make it easy. Access is typically through the sound hole, sometimes through a brace to an unseen nuts. Vintage-style truss rod nuts have long, thin slots and are made of unhardened steel, so normal slotted screwdrivers will cause damage – as evidenced on many vintage guitars and basses. GrooveTech developed two screwdrivers specifically for this application. Proper adjustment involves removal of the neck for full nut access, and our Standard Driver provides firm contact over the entire slot width for damage-free adjustment. The Cheater Driver™ allows quick minor adjustment without removing the neck. Both have oversized handles with extra-long shafts for a firm grip and easy access.

GrooveTech developed the String Cutters specifically for Guitar and Bass strings. Guitar and bass strings are made of hardened stainless steel or nickel with thicknesses as high as 3mm. Ordinary diagonal cutters are designed for soft copper, and thus fail miserably when used on strings. GrooveTech String Cutters were developed specifically for this application, using a proprietary heat-treatment process. • Simply drill 3/8" hole insert cutting head and compress handles.
• Gives you the ability to make square holes for fuse holders, special connectors displays etc.

1. Material to be nibbled is placed in the gap between the punch and blade channel.
2. By squeezing the handles together, the punch will move down into the channel, cutting out a slug of metal.
3. A scribe line can be followed by looking down on work in this position.

Simple and easy to use nut driving tool for the slotted nuts found on Qingpu jacks that are commonly used in Eurorack modules. The tool anchors into the sleeve of the jack ensuring no slippage when in use, protecting the faceplate from accidental damage. The two grip holes are cut to the size of M2.5 and M3 hex nuts and can be used in a pinch to tighten nuts of those sizes, or to hang your tool on a keyring! One side of the tool works with Mod "Top Brass" nuts and slotted W-QP-NUT-K nuts used on W-QP-518MA, W-QP-419GR, and W-QP-518MA-BM. The other side works with slotted W-QP-NUT-PJ-R nuts used on W-QP-PJ3410. Either side will work with Befaco Bananuts for 3.5mm jacks (W-BNUT-X). The nut driving tool is made of steel.
