The Gold is a wonderfully expressive and revealing loudspeaker, affording guitarists an unprecedented degree of dynamic control. This speaker captures the sound of a well worn in Blue, with chiming highs and powerful lows and mids. When pushed to the point of distortion it displays a colorful crunch with low end emphasis. Over time, the high frequencies of a Blue soften and become less chalky as the cone becomes more flexible – a much sought after characteristic that the Gold exhibits straight out of the box. This classic guitar speaker actually started life as a radio speaker that was modified specifically for use in electric guitar amplifiers. In its original incarnation as the G12 T530 it appeared in several color variations, but it was the Blue version, fitted as standard into Vox AC30 amps, that secured its place in guitar tone history.The Blue found favour with notable guitarists like Brian May, due to its glorious dampened attack, warm lows, mellow upper-mids and brilliant bell-like top-end. The Nighthawk – together with its Neo sibling, the Tornado Stealth 65 – is the only Jensen speaker fit with a 44mm (1 ¾”) voice coil. We selected this unique voice coil size as it is one of the key factors for a true rock-oriented tonal character. The Falcon 12 is a mid-power, rich and fat sounding speaker. Very smooth in the top end, rounded in the midrange, it delivers exceptional bass depth and power for its power rating. The secret lies in its proprietary, green cone membrane, the only seamed cone in the Jet Series which is an integral element of the pronounced bass response. The Falcon is very suitable to low/medium output power stages with its ability of making even small amplifiers sound bigger.

A worthy successor to the Vintage 10, the G10 Vintage is a 10" speaker with bags of attitude. Using powerful ceramic magnets and the same voice coil design as the Vintage 30, the G10 packs an impressive punch with its 60W power handling. The P6V offers a tonal alternative to the C6V. Balanced and powerful for its size, its AlNiCo magnet assembly grants an extra-chimey character to the tone. This makes it a great choice for those applications where clean, detailed sounds on the edge of clipping are the key target for the player.

Featured in the world's top selling 4x12 cabinet, the G12T-75 guitar speaker is a high powered rock player's dream. Built to meet the demands of high gain amplifiers, the G12T-75 combines a huge, tightly controlled low-end and aggressive mid-range with a softened top-end that adds a welcome sweetness to overdrive, distortion and aggressive upper harmonics. These are the characteristics that make the G12T-75 the weapon of choice for Yngwie Malmsteen.

Back in the late 60s, the G12H was created by fixing an 'H' type (heavy) magnet to the body of a G12M guitar speaker. Result: a speaker with more power and a different tonal balance: firmer bass and a more pronounced top end. So we added an 'H' magnet to the G12M-65 Creamback, create a speaker that delivers the sonic signature of a G12H combined with Creamback levels of power handling. The result is the G12H-75 Creamback. It delivers 75-watts of power handling with ease and has unmistakeable G12H tone, with a tighter low end than the G12M-65 Creamback and a punchier, more dynamic high end. The H magnet brings additional focus, body and girth to the Creamback tone. It thickens single notes, resulting in a highly articulate, vocal character. These additional characteristics mean that the G12H-75 Creamback offers exceptional performance when used for lead guitar and sounds massive loaded into a 4x12 cab!

With a larger cone delivering an extended low end response, the 100-watt Fullback has a big, deep voice, delivering smooth and expressive tones seemingly without effort. While retaining our classic, harmonically complex and finely detailed mid-range, the larger 15" cone of the Fullback shifts this characteristic down a register. Clean sounds are warm and expressive, revealing and enhancing the qualities of your amp and guitar without unnecessary colouration. Overdrive sounds are complex and musical; push harder for a weighty, contralto growl, with a softer, warmer mid-range.
