Carbon composition resistors are made by mixing carbon particles with a binder molded into a cylindrical shaped, and then baked. Resistance decreases as temperature increases. Resistance is more prone to drifting than with other types. Standard 'classic' resistor. Sold in multiples of 5. 10% tolerance.

High quality axial-leaded electrolytic capacitors. These 021 ASM series capacitors are produced by Vishay BC, formerly known as Philips / BC. These capacitors have been produced for many years and can be found in a wide variety of music equipment ranging from vintage amps by Vox and Marshall to classic fuzz pedals such as the Fuzz Face and Tonebender. Suggested applications include general purpose use, industrial, automotive, audio-video, coupling, decoupling, smoothing, filtering, buffering, portable and mobile equipment. Features

High quality spiral shielded wire with a small outer diameter of 0.138 inches. Both the core wire and spiral shield are tinned copper so soldering is easy. The gray outside jacket and blue core insulation have a similar appearance to the type of wire used in vintage pedals such as the Supa Fuzz, Tone Bender, and Zonk Machine. The core wire is 7 strand 24AWG.

Large black plastic control knob with set screw and brass insert. The two different options include one version with a black plastic top and another version with a radial-brushed metal cap with a chamfered edge, each sold separately. The grip has a smooth straight knurl and the skirt features an arrow indicator. Fits ¼” (6.35mm) pot shafts.

Phenolic skirted knobs with a set screw and brass insert. These unique knobs closely match the RCA style of knobs used on vintage test equipment, radios, studio consoles and other equipment. They are sometimes referred to as fester knobs. The RCA style knobs feature an inlay indicator line. Fits ¼” (6.35mm) pot shafts. 22mm Skirt:

High-quality Bourns 3362P trimpots. These single-turn cermet trimmers can be found in countless guitar pedals and synthesizer modules. Sealed trimmers are built with an o-ring seal to prevent entrance of moisture and serve as a mechanical restraint to prevent unwanted wiper movement. ±10% tolerance.

Single standard snap-on 9V battery clip. Features six inch pre-stripped and pre-tinned leads for an easy connection.

Clear dust cover for use with 16mm potentiometers. These covers slide over the back of the pot covering the holes and gaps to help prevent dust from accumulating inside avoiding potential repairs and replacing down the road. These covers are a great choice for tight builds to help insulate the PCB or other parts from the backs of potentiometers. The dust cover is made of clear hard plastic and is easy to install on Alpha 16mm pots.

Black plastic control knob with set screw and brass insert. The grip has a thick vertical knurl with an indicator line on a raised top. This skirted knob is a close match to the knobs used on some late 1960s Fuzz Face® pedals as well as the Eric Johnson signature model. Fits ¼” (6.35mm) pot shafts.
