High quality R82 Series box film capacitors from Kemet. These polyester film capacitors have 5mm lead spacing, a minimum voltage rating of 63VDC, and a tolerance of ±10% or better. The small size, high specifications, and radial mounting makes them an excellent choice for PCB builds of pedals, synthesizer, and other audio equipment. The R82 Series is constructed of metallized polyester film with radial leads of tinned wire. Radial leads are electrically welded to the contact metal layer on the ends of the capacitor winding. The capacitor is encapsulated with thermosetting resin in a box of material meeting the UL 94V–0 requirements.

The NJM4580D is a dual opamp popularly used in many distortion pedals.
This chip is a dual operational amplifier, specially designed for improving the tone control, which is most suitable for the audio application. Featuring noiseless, higher gain bandwidth, high output current and low distortion ratio, it is most suitable not only for acoustic electronic parts of audio pre-amp and active filter, but also for the industrial measurement tools. The AS301AN is Alfa’s version of the LM301A in an 8 pin DIP package. The AS301A is a general purpose operational amplifier. This amplifier offers many features which make its application nearly foolproof: overload protection on the input and output, no latch-up when the common mode range is exceeded, and freedom from oscillations and compensation with a single 30 pF capacitor. It has advantages over internally compensated amplifiers in that the frequency compensation can be tailored to the particular application. For example, in low frequency circuits it can be overcompensated for increased stability margin. Or the compensation can be optimized to give more than a factor of ten improvements in high frequency performance for most applications. In addition, the device provides better accuracy and lower noise in high impedance circuitry.

Small plastic control knob with set screw and brass insert. This knob features a radial-brushed metal top, a fine straight-knurl grip, and a vertical pointer. Fits ¼” (6.35mm) pot shafts.

Heavy duty SPST Off-(On) momentary switch made in Italy by ST Professional. Rated for 2A at 240V, these switches can be used in a wide range of applications. The body is made of PBT that is riveted to the bushing plate for a sturdy construction. The actuation force is lighter than similar Carling momentary switches and provides tactile and audible feedback so the switching action is apparent to the user. The pins also feature eyelets so hardwiring is an option in addition to the standard PCB mount.

Original Cliff sealed and switched blue jack. Fully threaded. Many types of professional music equipment nowadays use high power components, and need to be cooled by fans. Fans draw in dust and pollutants which can adversely affect the contacts of conventional jacks, with exposed contacts. This sealed jack avoids possibility of contamination of contacts by means of a sealing cover over the top and bottom of the jack.

Pre-drilled three knob pedal enclosure made of pressed steel. This large enclosure is a close match to the original enclosures found on various vintage fuzz effects such as the Vox Tone Bender MKIII, Rotosound Fuzz, and Park Fuzz Sound. Plastic chicken head knobs for coarse knurled shafts. These tiny chicken head knobs are great for pedal builds or cramped face plates. They feature an inlay indicator line. The total length of the chicken head is 0.93 inches. Fits T18 knurled shafts.

LM386 Low Voltage Audio Power Amplifier The LM386 is a mono low voltage amplifier that can be used in a variety of applications. It can drive loads from 4 Ω to 32 Ω. The gain is internally set to 20 but it can be modified from 20 to 200 by placing a resistor and capacitor between pins 1 and 8. As this is an Op Amp it can be used in different configurations to fit in several applications. The internal gain setting resistor allows the LM386 to be used in a very low part count system. In addition a series resistor can be placed between pins 1 and 5 to modify the gain and frequency response for specific applications. These are found in many small audio amplifiers and even tiny pedal sized guitar amplifiers! There are tons of possibilities for this little Op Amp.
