Eyelet-Rite fuzz circuit board made with a phenolic substrate for an even closer match to the vintage production boards. Phenolic boards are found in many vintage electronics before the use of fiberglass became common. This board is a recreation of the circuit board found in the germanium Mosrite Fuzzrite pedals. The board is styled after the point to point version that used eyelets. When drawing the layout, original boards were closely referenced to ensure a proper match and fit. This board is intended for use with S-HEYE-A eyelets and is directly mounted to a Carling P-H550 footswitch (both sold separately). The original build also used a unique C350K pot and the R-VOMSL-350KRA is the perfect substitute. The build style is very straightforward with point to point connections. 3PDT switch mounted charge pump PCB for positive ground effects. This small PCB simplifies the wiring of 3PDT foot switches in guitar pedals while also offering -9V when used with a standard +9V power supply. This is a great option for positive ground effects such as vintage fuzz pedals. The circuit of this PCB also features a protection diode and an LED indicator for when the effect is engaged.
This board is compatible with the MAX1044, TC1044S, TC7660S, and LT1054 charge pump ICs.

High quality spiral shielded wire with a small outer diameter of 0.138 inches. Both the core wire and spiral shield are tinned copper so soldering is easy. The gray outside jacket and blue core insulation have a similar appearance to the type of wire used in vintage pedals such as the Supa Fuzz, Tone Bender, and Zonk Machine. The core wire is 7 strand 24AWG.

Black dust cover for use with 16mm or 24mm potentiometers. These covers slide over the back of the pot covering the holes and gaps to help prevent dust from accumulating inside avoiding potential repairs and replacing down the road. The dust cover is made of a soft rubbery material and is easy to install on standard 24mm and 16mm pots.

High-quality BI Technologies Model 82 trimpots. These single-turn cermet trimmers are sealed ensuring a long life. They feature long leads (0.62”) making them a great choice for point to point builds in addition to PCB mounting. The simplistic design also looks great in vintage style builds.

PCB for a Fuzz Face style circuit with PCB mounted potentiometers. Its very low component count makes it a great beginner project. Builders can use preselected transistors from P-Q2N1309-SET-FF with its included resistors for R1 through R4 for a simple and great sounding germanium fuzz. If a builder wants to use their own transistors, the stock component values are also clearly labeled on the PCB. The transistor footprints fit P-SGP-001 sockets making swapping transistors a simple process so builders can experiment with a variety of types and values. This board was designed for a 1590N1/125B or C65-sized enclosure, with the potentiometers spaced 30mm apart. It can also be mounted using the two screw-mount holes with the potentiometers wired off-board. There are two screw-mounting holes which are designed for M3 screws.

16mm solid shaft linear potentiometers. These pots are great for any project. The smaller size is useful for builds with limited panel space such as guitar pedals, synthesizer modules, and adding modifications to equipment. Washer and nut included.

High quality chassis mount battery holder with a built-in connector. This clip fits standard 9V batteries. The horizontal mount and small footprint of the holder allows for easy placement where vertical space is limited. The two connections use individual solder tabs for hard wiring directly into projects providing a rugged and stable connection.

1590BB diecast enclosure finished in a hammered silver powdercoat. The 1590BB chassis box is perfectly suited for effects pedals and other DIY projects.

Shatterbox style circuit board made with a phenolic substrate for an even closer match to the vintage production boards. Phenolic boards are found in many vintage electronics before the use of fiberglass became common. This board is a recreation of the circuit board found in the Shatterbox pedal. The board is styled after the later version with a printed circuit rather than a stripboard construction. This is the same board that was used in the “split board” version which can be built by cutting the board down the middle to separate the fuzz section from the treble booster section. When drawing the layout, original boards were closely referenced to ensure a proper match and fit. The copper traces have a surface treatment providing protection from corrosion. This board includes a blank mounting PCB. This PCB sits directly beneath the main board to mount it directly to the enclosure using screws.

Metal frame AA battery holder. This battery holder fits a single AA battery and is a great option for electronics that run on 1.5V. It features two solder lugs for connecting wires to the positive and negative ends. The battery holder in the original FZ-1A fuzz pedals looks nearly identical to this holder.

High quality TO package transistor sockets by Mill-Max. These machine pin sockets make swapping transistors in pedals and other projects a simple process. These use a standard TO footprint so they are ready for use on PCBs with matching footprints.

1/2 inch by 2 inch adhesive foam strip for cushioning 9V batteries in pedal enclosures. This black, medium density foam used an acrylic adhesive and paper liner. The high quality 3M materials ensure a durable foam and lasting adhesive. Made with ¼ inch thick foam.

Zonk Machine style circuit board made with a phenolic substrate for an even closer match to the vintage production boards. 2N408 PNP germanium transistors. The 2N408 is a popular PNP for fuzz pedals and other effects. The 2N408 was popularly used in the germanium version of the Fuzzrite by Mosrite along with the 2N2613.

Stripboard made with a phenolic substrate. Phenolic boards are found in many vintage electronics before the use of fiberglass became common. This stripboard features a 0.15” vintage spacing. This spacing is great for vintage-style builds and more easily accommodates axial capacitors and other larger sized vintage parts like resistors and transistors. The board has a 40 x 20 holes (20 strips). Each strip is surface treated making soldering easier than most protoboards and also ensures a long shelf life. High-quality USA made knobs from Davies Molding. This vintage-style 2150 pointer knob is made of solid phenolic and features an infilled indicator line. The detailed design has a mixture of ridges, curves and lines giving it a distinctively vintage appearance. The 2150 can be found on vintage equipment such as the Echoplex tape delay and test equipment from RCA and National Radio Company.

High quality chicken head style knob with a unique angular design. The stealth chicken head has a thin band that extends above the base allowing for easy manipulation of the knob. This solid phenolic knob has an infilled indicator line. Fits 0.25” (6.35mm) shafts with set screw and brass insert.

Mounting bracket for vintage fuzz PCBs. This bracket is an exact replica of the bracket found in the Italian made Vox Tone Bender V828 pedals. The mounting width for the board is 1.35” which fits the P-PC-FUZZ-JEN, P-PC-BEND-MKII-BRN, and any other vintage spacing (0.15”) stripboard. The PCB mounting holes are threaded for M3 screws (sold separately). The two potentiometer holes are spaced 1.95” center to center and fit potentiometers with ⅜” bushings or smaller.
