OTA - AS3080ED, Linearizing Diodes, Alfa, SOIC-8
The AS3080ED is Alfa’s version of the CA3080 IC in an SOIC package. The AS3080ED is a gain block which is the operational-transconductance-amplifier (OTA). The AS3080ED has differential input and a single-ended, push-pull, class A output. Amplifier bias input may be used either for gating or for linear gain control. High output impedance and transconductance (gM) is directly proportional to the amplifier bias current (IABC). Linearizing diodes are provided at the inputs to reduce distortion and allow higher input levels. The result is a 10-dB signal-to-noise improvement referenced to 0.5 percent THD.
The AS3080ED is notable for it’s high slew rate (50V/µs), which makes it especially useful for multiplexer and fast unity-gain voltage followers.

CMOS - CD4094, 8-Stage Shift-and-Store Bus Register, 14-Pin DIP
CD4094B is an 8-stage serial shift register having a storage latch associated with each stage for strobing data from the serial input to parallel buffered 3-state outputs. The parallel outputs may be connected directly to common bus lines. Data is shifted on positive clock transitions. The data in each shift register stage is transferred to the storage register when the STROBE input is high. Data in the storage register appears at the outputs whenever the OUTPUT-ENABLE signal is high. Two serial outputs are available for cascading a number of CD4094B devices. Data is available at the QS serial output terminal on positive clock edges to allow for high-speed operation in cascaded systems in which the clock rise time is fast.

The XVive MN3005 is a drop-in replacement for the original Panasonic 4096-stage MN3005 BBD chip used in many delay pedals and effects. Xvive Audio’s first-ever product was the MN3005: a re-creation of the legendary bucket brigade chip used in the Deluxe Memory Man and many other iconic effect pedals and instruments. Now, the Xvive MN3005 is at the heart of delay pedals produced by some of the world’s top effect pedal brands. The MN3005 is the world’s first 4096-stage long-delay BBD—eight times longer than the 512-stage BBD. It is manufactured using a P-channel low-noise silicon gate process. A long-signal delay time of 205 ms can be obtained at a clock frequency 10 kHz, with a sound-to-noise ratio of 75dB. This ratio is an improvement of 20dB, as compared to eight connected 512-stage BBDs!

TC7660S charge pump voltage converter in an 8 pin DIP package. The TC7660S device is a pin-compatible replacement for the industry standard 7660 charge pump voltage converter. It converts a +1.5V to +12V input to a corresponding -1.5V to -12V output using only two low-cost capacitors, eliminating inductors and their associated cost, size and electromagnetic interference (EMI). Added features include an extended supply range to 12V, and a frequency boost pin for higher operating frequency, allowing the use of smaller external capacitors. The on-board oscillator operates at a nominal frequency of 10 kHz. Frequency is increased to 45 kHz when pin 1 is connected to V+.

Audio Power Amplifier - LM386N-1 / 4, Low Voltage
LM386 Low Voltage Audio Power Amplifier The LM386 is a mono low voltage amplifier that can be used in a variety of applications. It can drive loads from 4 Ω to 32 Ω. The gain is internally set to 20 but it can be modified from 20 to 200 by placing a resistor and capacitor between pins 1 and 8. As this is an Op Amp it can be used in different configurations to fit in several applications. The internal gain setting resistor allows the LM386 to be used in a very low part count system. In addition a series resistor can be placed between pins 1 and 5 to modify the gain and frequency response for specific applications. These are found in many small audio amplifiers and even tiny pedal sized guitar amplifiers! There are tons of possibilities for this little Op Amp.

CMOS - CD4047, Low-Power Monostable/Astable Multivibrator, 14-Pin DIP
CD4047B consists of a gatable astable multivibrator with logic techniques incorporated to permit positive or negative edge-triggered monostable multivibrator action with retriggering and external counting options. Inputs include +TRIGGER, -TRIGGER, ASTABLE, ASTABLE\, RETRIGGER, and EXTERNAL RESET. Buffered outputs are Q\, Q and OSCILLATOR. In all modes of operation, and external capacitor must be connected between C-Timing and RC-Common terminal, and an external resistor must be connected between the R-Timing and RC-Common terminals. Astable operation is enabled by a high level on the STABLE input or a low level on the ASTABLE\ input, or both. The period of the square wave at the Q and Q\ Outputs in this mode off operation is a function of the external components employed. "True" input pulses on the ASTABLE input or "Complement" pulses on the ASTABLE\ input allow the circuit to be used as a gatable multivibrator.

CMOS - CD4013, Dual D-Type Flip-Flop, 14-Pin DIP
The CD4013B device consists of two identical, independent data-type flip-flops. Each flip-flop has independent data, set, reset, and clock inputs and Q and Q outputs. These devices can be used for shift register applications, and, by connecting Q output to the data input, for counter and toggle applications.
