Multi-use tool oil for both maintaining and using tools. This rust-preventive oil can be used to lubricate tools such as hinges on pliers. It can also be used to thinly coat metal tools to avoid future corrosion. The PQL-6011-00 is the perfect option to replace and upgrade the nut on your Gibson electric guitar made post-2014. It is slightly taller than the P-GNUT-TUSQ-EPS-3XL (pre 2015). When in doubt, use this one, you can always sand the bottom of the nut to adjust lower.
This nut is made of Tusq XL, the same material as standard Tusq but impregnated with PTFE. The lubrication from the PTFE prevents strings from binding in the slots. Tusq XL offers better tuning stability especially when using a tremolo or bending strings. Tusq XL also has more of a midrange boost as compared to Tusq.
