IC-LOC™ Green is a thin, medium-high strength threadlock that is applied to fasteners that are already assembled. IC-LOC™ Green wicks down into the threads of fasteners using capillary action and has good performance even with oil coated fasteners. Uses

• Threads of fasteners

Directions: Shake well. Unscrew cap and cut off tip. Apply IC-LOC™ Green to clean preassembled fasteners. Product sets in 10 minutes, with full cure within 24 hours. IC-LOC™ Green prevents the loosening of threaded fasteners from shock and vibration by wicking into threads. Cured temperature range is -60° to +300°F (-51° to +149°C). Locked fasteners are only removable by localized heating and hand tools. Remove residue with a damp cloth. Similar to Loctite Green.

IC-LOC™ Purple prevents loosening of small fasteners from normal use and vibration, but parts can still be disassembled with hand tools. IC-LOC™ Purple seals and prevents rusting of threads. Uses

Product sets in 10 minutes, with full cure within 24 hours. IC-LOC™ Purple is anaerobic and cures in the absence of air, which occurs when a bolt, screw or nut is tightened. Cured temperature range is -60° to +300°F (-51° to +149°C). May attack some plastics. Remove residue with a damp cloth. Similar to Loctite Purple.

1 quart mixing container. Quickly measure and mix paints, chemicals and adhesives. Clearly marked graduations for quick measuring. Made of translucent high-density polyethylene. Optional lid S-TMIX-1-LID (sold separately) seals the container and prevents spills.

Un-Cure™ debonder will soften cured CA. If parts are bonded incorrectly or your fingers are stuck together, a few drops of Un-Cure™ will dissolve the CA in about a minute. Apply on bonded skin and roll apart fingers. Once stuck, use acetone to clean off softened CA, then wash off with soap and water. Since cured CA is essentially acrylic plastic, anything that will dissolve CA will also soften most plastics. Care must be used, therefore, when using Un-Cure on plastics. Separating plastic parts with a razor saw is usually the best option. Works Well On:

Directions: Un-Cure™ will soften cured super glue (aka cyanoacrylate, CA). To release bonded skin (not near the eyes) apply Un-Cure™, then use a small, rounded object like a paperclip to separate the skin with a peeling action, applying more Un-Cure™ as needed until the skin areas are debonded. Wash the area with soap and water.

Heavy black coating used as insulating tape in applications where tape cannot be used.
Insulating Coating is an air-dry, synthetic rubber coating that can be easily applied by spraying, brushing, or dipping. Insulating Coating resists moistures, acids, abrasion, weathering, electrical shock, skidding/slipping, and corrosion. Coats give a comfortable, controlled, color-coded grip to all types of tools, lawn and garden, mechanical, electrical, woodworking, masonry.

Removes scratches from acrylic surfaces; significantly reduces haziness. More abrasive than Novus #2 and is effective for deeper scratches. Treatment should be followed by Novus #2 to buff and polish surface.

Conductive Carbon Coating for most surfaces (rubber, epoxy, glass, plastic). It is ideal for repairing membrane buttons, keyboard buttons, and other carbon based surfaces. It may also be used as a coating for shielding (EMI) of electronics. Similar products on the market are more expensive, and have multiple containers requiring mixing prior to application. The CaiKote^TM 44 is applied in one step, allowed to dry and is ready for service.
