#6-32 x ⅝” Phillips drive machine screws made of nickel plated steel. This style of round head screw matches the pickup and switch mounting screws found on Fender® guitars such as Stratocasters® and Telecasters®.

Slotted dress nut for ⅜”-32 threaded bushing such as standard Switchcraft ¼” jacks and CTS potentiometers. These plated brass nuts add a sleek look to any amplifier, pedal or guitar. This style of nut has a similar look to slotted round nuts found on plexi Marshall amps.

#4 x 1 ¼” Phillips drive wood screws made of nickel plated steel. This style of round head screw is commonly used on Fender® bass pickups, Telecaster® pickups mounted directly to the body, and some P90 pickups.

Spring steel tooth-lock washer. Uses internal teeth for locking and tension.

Flanged finishing washers made of nickel plated brass. Designed for accommodating the heads of countersunk screws. These washers provide additional bearing area on the material being fastened and can be used to give a neat, finished appearance. This design closely resembles the flanged finishing washers found on later blackface and silverface Fender® amplifier cabinets. The #6 size is used for back panels on combo amps and heads. Genuine Carling Technologies dress nuts for use with full size toggle switches and footswitches. These dress nuts feature a chamfered edge with a knurled bottom half for a unique look that is simple to tighten down. The top of the threading is capped. These fit any 15/32-32UNS bushing but can also work with some M12 bushings.

Wide dress nuts for use with full size toggle switches and footswitches. These dress nuts feature a wide chamfered edge that pairs nicely with smaller dress nuts such as P-H54-DRESS-WIDE, P-H54-DRESS-THRU, and P-H54-NUT-DRESS. These nuts are threaded through and fit any 15/32-32UNS bushing such as Carling footswitches and full sized toggles.

Switchcraft shoulder washer for 3/8” bushing. Perfect for insulating metal bushings from the chassis, use with W-SC-S1028. Minimum chassis hole diameter of 0.44” required to accommodate the shoulder.

Phillips panhead machine screw, 10-32, zinc. Phillips panhead machine screw, 4-40, zinc. Designed to go through a hole or nut that is pre-tapped to form a mating thread for the screw. Has a general purpose bearing area and can be substituted in most applications for round, truss, or binding heads. Phillips drive is the most common drive used and is designed to "camout" when the screw reaches optimum tightness, thus preventing damage to the screw head.

#6 Phillips drive wood screws made of nickel plated steel. This style of oval head screw is commonly used on Fender® tweed, blackface, and silverface combos and heads to secure the back panel. They are also the same type used for securing strap buttons as well as for mounting the bridge plate on Telecaster® guitars.

High quality plated ⅜” nuts for jacks and potentiometers. These nuts are perfect for amplifier, pedal and synthesizer builds with high aesthetics or color theming. The ⅜”-32 UNEF-2A threading fits many ⅜” bushing parts such as Switchcraft ¼” jacks and CTS pots.

6-32 Phillips round head machine screws made of solid brass. These brass round head screws visually match the screws found on vintage Marshall amplifiers. They are a great choice for restoration or replica builds. The 6-32 size works in place of original M3.5 screws that were used for the rotary selector switches, octal sockets, capacitor clamps, and chokes. These will also work well in many other types of projects. Brass round head screws are available in the following sizes: Diameter/TPI SKU 4-40 S-HSB4-X 6-32 S-HSB6-X 8-32 S-HSB8-12 Pairs with S-HBNX brass nuts and S-HLWX-B lock washers. S-HBWX flat washers are also available.

#3 x ⅜” Phillips drive wood screws made of nickel plated steel. This style of oval head screw is commonly used on Gibson® pickguards, truss rod covers, and some humbucker rings.

Genuine Switchcraft ⅜” knurled nut commonly used on ¼” jacks. This nickel plated knurled nut has a ⅜”-32 threading and offers a clean look on builds using these nuts. The ⅜”-32 threading fits other hardware with matching threading such as CTS potentiometers.

Clip nut for 8/32" thread. For use with machine screws

Round spacers made of aluminum that fit 4-40 or M3 threaded screws. These non-threaded aluminum spacers visually match the PCB and turret board standoffs found in vintage Marshall amplifiers. They are a great choice for restoration or replica builds. The outer diameter is 3/16”. These will also work well in many other types of projects. Pairs with S-HSB4-114 screws, S-HBNX brass nuts and S-HLWX-B lock washers. S-HBWX flat washers are also available.

Common replacement for many applications. The nut is free floating and will help to take care of problems with misaligned holes. Convenient cage design stops the nut from moving while tightening.
