#6-32 x ⅝” Phillips drive machine screws made of nickel plated steel. This style of round head screw matches the pickup and switch mounting screws found on Fender® guitars such as Stratocasters® and Telecasters®.

Extra thick M12 flat washers. These washers fit both metric (M12) and imperial (15/32) bushings for compatibility with the vast majority of foot switches and full-sized toggle switches. These thick steel washers are a great way to add a classy look to projects.

Stainless steel lock washers that use external teeth for locking and tension. The external teeth dig into the screw head or nut and the joint. These washers provide greater vibration resistance than split lock washers. Steel lock washers like these can be found in vintage Fender® blackface, silverface, and tweed amplifiers for securing hardware, transformers, and speakers.

4-40 Phillips round head machine screws made of solid brass. These brass round head screws visually match the screws found on vintage Marshall amplifiers. They are a great choice for restoration or replica builds. The 4-40 size works in place of original M3 screws that were used for the AC inlet, noval sockets, PCB and turret board standoffs, and the P-H1700 and S-HM100-A rotary selectors. These will also work well in many other types of projects. Brass round head screws are available in the following sizes: Diameter/TPI SKU 4-40 S-HSB4-X 6-32 S-HSB6-X 8-32 S-HSB8-12 Pairs with S-HBNX brass nuts and S-HLWX-B lock washers. Use with S-ASP4-X spacers for board standoffs. S-HBWX flat washers are also available.

#6 x 3/8 zinc type AB. Type AB screws tap their own mating internal thread. They require a preformed hole for installation into metallic materials but necessary for wood or plastic materials. Combines locating point of Type A with thread size and pitch of Type B. Normal limitations of Type B apply. Has a general purpose bearing area and can be substituted in most applications for round, truss, or binding heads. Provides good control in driving and is the most recommended drive.

Switchcraft shouldered hex nuts for ⅜”-32 UNEF-2A threaded bushings. These nuts include a rubber grommet for use in sealed systems and also add a unique look to any build such as pedals or amplifiers. The large nut (W-SC-DRESS-1) is intended for panel or chassis thicknesses of 0.05” through 0.09”. The small nut (W-SC-DRESS-2) is intended for panel or chassis thicknesses of 0.095” through 0.125”. Rubber grommet included.

#4 x 1 ¼” Phillips drive wood screws made of nickel plated steel. This style of round head screw is commonly used on Fender® bass pickups, Telecaster® pickups mounted directly to the body, and some P90 pickups.

#4 finishing washers. Designed for accommodating the heads of countersunk screws. It provides additional bearing area on the material being fastened and can be used to give a neat, finished appearance.

Phillips flathead machine screw, 10-32 stainless steel. Fine thread. Designed to go through a hole or nut that is pre-tapped to form a mating thread for the screw. This style head is used in applications where protrusion of the fastener above the mating surface is unacceptable. Phillips drive is the most common drive used and is designed to "camout" when the screw reaches optimum tightness, thus preventing damage to the screw head. Made from austenitic stainless steels. It contains chromium creating an invisible surface film that resists oxidation making the metal corrosion resistant. If the surface layer is damaged, it rebuilds itself in the presence of oxygen.

Dress nuts for use with mini toggle switches. These plated dress nuts feature a chamfered edge for a professional look and work on any 1/4-40 UNS threaded bushing. Two sides are flatted for use with a tool when fastening.

Flanged finishing washers made of nickel plated brass. Designed for accommodating the heads of countersunk screws. These washers provide additional bearing area on the material being fastened and can be used to give a neat, finished appearance. This design closely resembles the flanged finishing washers found on later blackface and silverface Fender® amplifier cabinets. The #6 size is used for back panels on combo amps and heads. This style is most typically used on front grill and baffle board mounting screws in these amps and cabinets. Fits with #8 countersunk screws.

8-32 x ½” Phillips round head machine screws made of solid brass. These brass round head screws visually match the screws found on vintage Marshall amplifiers. They are a great choice for restoration or replica builds. The 8-32 x ½” size works in place of original M4.5 screws that were used for mounting the power and output transformers. These will also work well in many other types of projects. Brass round head screws are available in the following sizes: Diameter/TPI SKU 4-40 S-HSB4-X 6-32 S-HSB6-X 8-32 S-HSB8-12 Pairs with S-HBNX brass nuts and S-HLWX-B lock washers. S-HBWX flat washers are also available.

Vulcanized Cellulose Fiber for all electrical insulation. Gray insulating paper. .010" thick. used in switches, under terminals, in transformers, etc .where mechanical strength is required. Its qualities of toughness, flexibility, and edge-tearing resistance combined with high dielectric strength and ready absorption of insulating varnish have led to its predominant use as an improved motor slot call insulation. Dielectric strength 3000 volts. 10" wide roll contains 240 sq. inches.

Full set of replacement washers for Grover tuners. These are the washers that are between the arm of the tuner and the tuner’s knob. All three washers are used on a single tuner. Includes 6 nylon washers, 6 spring washers, and 6 flat washers.
