These Tube Amp Doctor black plastic corners are great replacements for certain Vox® amps from 1966 to 2004 and Orange® amps and cabinets that feature this type. The two larger holes are for use with screws while the small holes are intended for pins/nails just like the originals.

Common replacement for Marshall heads and many other applications. The nut is free floating and will help to take care of problems with misaligned holes. Convenient cage design stops the nut from moving while tightening. Fits panels 0.064" to 0.105" thick with square holes cut 0.375" to 0.38".

Vintage style model information label. This label has a line for a model name or number, the serial number, builder name or company, and the build date. This sticker is a great way to provide build info with a professional presentation on the chassis of a pedal or amp.

16/3 SJT, 5/16" cord diameter. These one piece Strain Relief Bushings securely anchor, absorb, and protect cables and wires from push/pull and twist forces, while insulating them from irregular or sharp panel edges. They are easily and quickly installed with special installation pliers or other hand or production tools. Black H.S. Nylon, and the temperature index is 105° Centigrade.

18-8 stainless steel sheet metal screws with blunt tips. These pan head #6 screws have a length of 5/16” and are commonly used to secure 9-pin sockets and other hardware to the chassis of blackface and silverface amps. These are also used in some tweed amps for securing the fiberboard and other hardware to the chassis. For the larger #8 blunt tip machine screws found in vintage Fender® amps, see S-HBS8-38.

Fluted dome style lamp jewels were used on vintage equipment from many manufacturers. This jewel fits the standard P-L124-P pilot light found on most Fender amps as well as the P-L110. Threading: 9/16 - 27

#6-32 x ⅝” Phillips drive machine screws made of nickel plated steel. This style of oval head screw matches the pickup and switch mounting screws found on Fender® guitars with countersunk holes on the pickguard.

Stainless steel M6 flat washers that are nearly identical to the chassis mounting washers used on many Marshall amps. These oversized M6 washers pair with 30mm M6 screws S-HSM6-1X30-SS to attach the amplifier chassis to the head cabinet. Fits any Marshall head that uses M6 screws. Also fits #12 imperial screws.

18-8 stainless steel sheet metal screws. These flat head #8 screws have a length of ¾” and are commonly used to secure cable clamps directly to the cabinet for RCA reverb tank cables used in vintage Fender® blackface and silverface combo amps. 4-40 Phillips round head machine screws made of solid brass. These brass round head screws visually match the screws found on vintage Marshall amplifiers. They are a great choice for restoration or replica builds. The 4-40 size works in place of original M3 screws that were used for the AC inlet, noval sockets, PCB and turret board standoffs, and the P-H1700 and S-HM100-A rotary selectors. These will also work well in many other types of projects. Brass round head screws are available in the following sizes: Diameter/TPI SKU 4-40 S-HSB4-X 6-32 S-HSB6-X 8-32 S-HSB8-12 Pairs with S-HBNX brass nuts and S-HLWX-B lock washers. Use with S-ASP4-X spacers for board standoffs. S-HBWX flat washers are also available.
